Anyone. Wholesale discounts begin at 6 bottles.
Do I need to charge sales tax?
No. PhenCapz™ is a dietary supplement, and classified as a non-taxable food item.
Do you provide certificates?
We can supply Certificates of Analysis (COA) upon request.
Do you provide insurance?
We are required to add your company’s name to our insurance as an additional insured. Your insurance will probably require the same.
Are PhenCapz™ FDA approved?
No. PhenCapz™ are not a prescription medicine and do not have to go through the rigorous testing the FDA applies to new drugs. It is a dietary supplement, and classified as a food. We do manufacture at a FDA approved cGMP facility with many quality certifications.
How long does it take to process a wholesale order?

What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity for wholesale orders is six bottles.
How large are the discounts?
Discounts can be as high as 50% off regular prices. Orders of 24 bottles or more also qualify for discounted shipping.
Can I order products with personalized labels?
All wholesale orders include standard product labels. If you need private labeling, we require a minimum order of 2,500 bottles.
